The Depth of Sin, The Height of Love
The Depth of Sin, The Height of Love: This sermon is part of The Gospel According to Mark series. Everyone wants to talk about the love of God, but no one wants to talk about sin and hell. But until we see the depth of sin, we will fail to truly see the height of God’s great love in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Why did Jesus have to die? Because sin separates, both today and for all eternity. But now, through the death and resurrection of Jesus, we can be reconciled to God and one another and are called to be salt—a preserving agent, actively working and being refined (even by fire) for the good of others. Are you ready for the height of love?
