Jesus Condemned: This sermon is part of The Gospel According to Mark series. Everyone has things they’ve thought, said, or done that they know are wrong. No one’s perfect, right? The bigger the sin, the more of a burden of guilt that we feel. But what do we do with the sin and burden of guilt in our life? Do we hide it deep down? Shift the blame? Compare ourselves to others? or Try to pay for sins through self-justification or self-condemnation? The good news is that Jesus was condemned—by the Sanhedrin, by Pilate, and ultimately on the cross—so that we might be forgiven and free. There is no condemnation for those in Christ. In Christ, I am free.
Recorded on Feb 7, 2016, by Pastor David Parks on Mark 15:1-20. Apologies for the poor audio quality. Listen/download here:
