What is the role of church leadership�in the mission of God? If the church is a garden, then church leaders are gardeners�laboring to bring flourishing life and growth and harvest from a diverse, but interdependent part of our world. The New Testament pattern for church leadership (qualified by character, gifting, and faith) is our pattern for ministry today with the ministry of the word and prayer as the primary task.
