It’s easy to trust in yourself. It’s hard to trust in God. So, how is that whole “trusting in yourself” thing working for you? When you trust in yourself, you will struggle with fear, anxiety, and worry because every battle is dependent on you—your strength, your wisdom, your resources (which, if you’re anything like me, are always limited). Why not trust the One who can do so much more? God can do so much more.
