Basic Christianity
If we don’t remember, work on, and master the basics of the gospel message, nothing else—in life, in faith, and our relationship with God, or in our ability to help others follow Jesus—will work. And the basic message of Christianity is news of something that happened, that God has done: the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This resurrection news exploded out from Jerusalem, bringing life and transformation as it went. Nothing was ever the same.
