Everyone Can Influence Someone

Want to know a secret of leadership? Everyone can lead. Every man, woman, and child has the ability to use their influence to help people move from where they are to somewhere better. Everyone can influence someone. God will use this potential for your life to accomplish his work in the world, but only if you overcome your fear, only if you take the initiative, only if you speak up—only if you choose to lead.
