Friendship is a powerful thing. The truth is, not everyone will get married or stay married. So, friendship is actually the most universal context to follow the way of Jesus, which is a way of love. But when you understand not only God’s heart for friendship—and the fact that God isn’t embarrassed to call you a friend—you start to see the surprising power of friendship.
