What happens when the task God called you to do is done? At the end of Nehemiah’s story, we see that the people are able to root their story, sin, and struggle in the context of God’s story. And this doesn’t just help a little. This doesn’t just give them a little bit of comfort. In this, they see and celebrate the faithfulness of God—not just in their building project or even their lifetime, but in the whole history of the world. Nothing brings greater stability and hope than when you Root Your Story In God’s Story.
