A Transcendent God

Great advancements have been made in science & technology, but more and more people are feeling a loss of meaning and purpose. We’re more connected than ever before, but more and more people struggle with anxiety and loneliness. Are we missing something in all of our progress? In order to recover our meaning and purpose, in order to find real help and hope to deal with our anxiety and loneliness, we must rediscover transcendence. We must lift our eyes and see the beauty and glory of A Transcendent God in the person of Jesus Christ.

God Is Great God Is Good

We don’t want to believe that God is really great. We want God to be small—small enough to control, to bend to our will, to ignore. But God is great. And we just can’t seem to believe that God is really good. That he would use his greatness to serve and love and save us. But God is good. Nowhere do we see the greatness and goodness of God more than the cross of Christ.
