The Battle for the Family of God: This sermon is part of The Gospel According to Mark series. When Jesus is accused of being possessed by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, Jesus delivers a fascinating, wide-ranging response on the reality of Satan, the offer for forgiveness, the unforgivable sin, and his battle for the family of God. The world—under the power of Satan, sin, and death—is a kingdom of darkness. However, Jesus the Son of God, has invaded this Dark Kingdom to break the power of darkness and rescue the family of God through his life, death, and resurrection. The offer for forgiveness and family stand to this day. How will I respond to him?
